PureTech is one of Agrekal's Vermiculite products. PureTech is an all-natural product, clean and devoid of organic contaminators, which excels in its absorption and adsorption abilities. It is suitable for absorption of any type of material, in cases of emergency such as leakage of hazardous materials, as well as acting as a substrate for packing and moving hazardous materials. It is used for absorption of oils in different manufacturing processes and protection against fire. PureTech's outstanding absorption ability is between 300%-500%, and is available in bulk, sleeves or cushions.

The use of Vermiculite during the process of manufacturing metal, results in high finish and high quality product levels. Scattering the Vermiculite over the sheet metal production line, creates thermal insulation, delays the cooling pace of the metal, absorbs the slags and creates a separation which prevents oxidation of the metal's surface.

Perlite is an excellent, lightweight insulated base for stucco mixtures and construction glue, as a substitute for sand. The advantage of using Perlite in the construction field is that it helps attain thermal-acoustic insulation. Vermiculite can also be used on drywall panels, in order to increase the structure's fire resistance rating.

The solutions we supply in the field of animal husbandry are using "premixes”, food mixtures for animals and in the field of upholstery, as a substrate for animal husbandry.

The use of Vermiculite in the paint industry has many advantages. Combining it in the composition of paint protects the metal, prevents it from rusting and inhibits Combustion. 

Due to its qualities, Vermiculite is added to biological filters to treat water, in fish habitats, for example. Also, Perlite is used as a substitute for sugar sand in different water filtering systems, predominantly for Irrigation.

Due to its qualities as a super light, non-flammable, fire resistant material, along with having a low thermal conductivity ability - Perlite is the ideal solution for burying, insulating and shielding gas tanks, gasoline, and hazardous materials. The use of Perlite insures that the tank is durable, stable, protected from corrosion, and shielded from fire. In case of mishap, or in order to maintain, it can easily be removed and inserted back if necessary.
